Monette Garcia

president

Monette Garcia began her telecommunications career in 1999 at Southwestern Bell as a Senior Account Manager, where she quickly rose to become one of the top representatives in her region. She left in 2005 and later rejoined the AT&T team in 2009, continuing her success as a high-performing sales leader. She won several accolades and awards for being #1 in the region and state!

In 2016, Monette transitioned into freelance sales, driven by a passion for helping businesses find the best solutions for their technology and communication needs. That same drive and entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch Monette Tech Consulting in 2023, where she now partners with businesses across the country to provide internet, VoIP, LTE backup, cybersecurity, and mobile solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Monette’s career has also included time in home health marketing and launching her own adult daycare business, demonstrating her versatility, commitment to service, and strong business acumen.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Monette is highly motivated by a deep commitment to transparency, exceptional customer service, and long-term client relationships.

Savannah joined Monettech Consulting with a strong background in sales, marketing, and content creation. Her expertise in project coordination, team leadership, and strategic planning makes her an essential part of the team. Passionate about driving results and fostering collaboration, Savannah ensures projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. 

Savannah is a graduate from UTSA with a Bachelor’s in Arts.

Danyel Tate

Senior Territory Manager

Danyel Tate began her telecommunications career in 2011 with AT&T through their competitive Business Sales Leadership Development Program. Over her 13-year tenure, she excelled in various B2B sales roles within AT&T Business, ranging from account executive to technical sales consultant, with a focus on global energy solutions, cybersecurity, and sales leadership. Her high-achieving sales performance earned her multiple awards and top rankings at the regional and national levels.

After AT&T, Danyel drove revenue growth at a cybersecurity firm before joining Monettech in 2025, where she now helps customers deliver tailored technology and communication solutions.

Danyel is passionate about helping businesses find solutions that support both current needs and future growth. She thrives on building lasting relationships and understanding the unique challenges of each client and industry.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Known for her strategic thinking and consultative approach, Danyel excels at navigating complex requirements across diverse verticals.
